Joseph
Fairly clean hotel in a good and absolutely perfect location with magnificent views on mountains and city centre. Location really close to all perfume and cigarette shops, all the shopping area, and a direct bus connection to many destinations in the surrounding countries. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Well-appointed hotel in an unbeatable position near the shopping district of Andorra la Vella. Excellent service. Parking in front of the venue. Everything perfect. Very good stay without any complaints.

Modern and renovated rooms, clean. Good beds and pillows.
Poor breakfast, no variety, the staff in the restaurant was very noisy. The heating only works if you leave a key inside the room and they did't tell us that, but afterwards it was OK. A minibar would be useful. You have to buy your own shampoo and shower gel because what they give you is not enough.

We had a very good stay in this small hotel. We appreciated the twin room which was reasonably large and outstanding with great view.

Reasonably large and excellent room with a nice bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bidet. Great and absolutely perfect location in a quiet area, adjacent to the center, bus stop, and shopping district of Andorra la Vella. Easy access to Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center.

Convenient location near shops and attractions. Helpful English-speaking staff with great recommendations. Good breakfast options available. Parking available at a reasonable price.

The position of the hotel was good and parking was better in the square outside and free overnight than the hotel car park which was very difficult to negotiate with no lift access. The restaurant was ok but with very poor menu, there are many choices of eating places within the locale.

The rooms were very comfortable and impecably clean. The staff friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately Andorra has not yet banned smoking in public places so the cafeteria/bar where the wifi reception was best, was smoky. Fortunately the ban comes in December 12. The rooms however, were smoke free, as is the law.

Modern facilities complemented by four generations of family service. The warmth and dedication of the staff made me feel like I was part of their family for more than 70 years. The natural thermal spa in Escaldes was the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. It felt like stepping into a hot spring oasis, rejuvenating my tired muscles.
Limited electrical outlets in the room.

The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and the Caldea spa. The hotel had a vintage vibe and was well-maintained. Great price quality ratio.
Felt like royalty, no complaints.

The price was decent, and the central location was convenient for our business needs. The room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff was very thorough and friendly. The breakfast was basic, but the coffee was tasty.
There was only one plug in the room which made it difficult to charge our devices. , the air conditioning was quite finicky and hard to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

No major issues encountered, everything was satisfactory.
